To get the most enjoyment and really feel the benefits from Nordic Walking we recommend you learn the technique from a well-qualified instructor.
All our instructors hold the INWA Nordic Walking Instructor qualification, which is internationally recognised.
Instructors offer individual and group classes across the UK. There are also a number of community based projects offering Nordic Walking classes.
